Shipping and Returns
  SHIPPING INFORMATION: 

Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt, unless otherwise specified or if the item is out-of-stock. Occasionally, a product may be out of stock. If your item it back ordered and is scheduled to reach the FECstore warehouse within seven (7) business days, your order will be held up in order to complete your shipment. In the event of a delay of more than seven (7) business days, we will notify you by phone or email. 

The standard shipping method is UPS for the majority of the products listed on our web site. They are calculated directly from the UPS web site. Heavyweight shipments will be handled via common carrier. You will be contacted with the correct shipping charges if this method must be used, and your credit card will not be charged until you accept the total charges. 

NOTE: Shipping charges for orders sent to incorrect addresses are not refundable and are subject to a 10% (of total order) handling and restocking fee applied to your credit card. Please check your order for accuracy prior to submitting. 

SHIPPING DAMAGE: 

All orders are shipped FOB Mooresville IN or from the city of the supplier in cases of drop shipment. (This means ownership of the item transfers from us to you the moment it is picked up by the shipping company.) 

Claims for shipping damage should be made with the carrier immediately. If possible, you should make the claim when you take possession of the package and have the delivery person make a note of the damage when you sign for it. If the damage is hidden and found later, contact the carrier immediately (for UPS shipment damage, please call their customer service center at: 1-800-742-5877). It is very important that you save all of the packaging materials and cartons until the claim has been settled. Sometimes the carrier will want to examine them.

RETURNS: 

Some items may be returned within 20 days for credit less a 15% restocking fee and the initial shipping charges, provided they are in new condition and in the original packaging. Special order and date sensitive items are not returnable (such as attractions, themed props, paint, fog juice and any special order items). Defective or incorrectly shipped items may be returned for credit or replacement. All claims for shortages, defective, or incorrectly shipped items must be made by contacting FECstore at 877-377-7467 within 48 hours of delivery. All items being returned to FECstore must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) clearly marked on each package. Contact us to obtain this number. Shipping costs on all returned items must be prepaid without exception. Shipments without a return authorization number will not be accepted. 

WARRANTY INFORMATION: 

Complete terms of the warranty are packed with the product. Bulbs, paint, and fog juice are some of the items not warranted. If any item is under warranty and has a problem, please follow the instructions on the warranty card included with the product. In most cases, you will be contacting the manufacturer directly. We recommend you keep the products’ original box and packing in the unlikely event the product must be returned or repaired at a later date. 

FRAUDULENT ORDERS: 

All fraudulent and suspicious orders will be reported to the Internet Fraud Compliant Center (IFCC) and proper government agencies. The IFCC is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C). 

FECstore reserves the right to refuse service to questionable orders.
